2. Nature of Service

VN CODE PRO is a digital platform that sells VN video templates delivered via QR codes. These are digital products, delivered instantly after successful payment.

• No physical goods are shipped.

2.1 Pricing

Template prices on VN CODE PRO typically range between ₹100 and ₹500. Prices may vary depending on template category, design complexity, or active promotional offers.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 8 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on this platform.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activities performed using their account

VN CODE PRO will not be responsible for misuse due to shared credentials.

5. License & Intellectual Property

All VN templates, QR codes, preview videos, designs, and digital assets available on VN CODE PRO are fully licensed and owned by VN CODE PRO.

When a user purchases a template:

• The user receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the template
• Ownership does not transfer to the user

6. QR Code Usage Policy

QR codes are:

• Unique to each purchase
• Intended for use by the purchasing user only
• Logged for security and misuse detection

Misuse or abuse of QR codes may result in immediate access termination without notice.

7. Payments

All payments are securely processed through PhonePe or its authorized payment partners.

VN CODE PRO:

• Does not store card or UPI details
• Uses industry-standard secure payment processing

8. Termination of Access

VN CODE PRO reserves the right to suspend or permanently block user access if:

• Templates or QR codes are shared
• Platform policies are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
