REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. No Refund for Dissatisfaction

VN CODE PRO does not offer refunds if a user is not satisfied with a purchased template.

This is because:

• All products are digital
• Access is granted instantly via QR code

2. Replacement Policy (User Satisfaction Support)

If a user is not satisfied with a purchased template, we offer a one-time replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement Conditions:

• User may choose another template of equal or lower value
• Replacement must be requested within 48 hours of purchase
• Replacement is subject to verification of purchase

3. Technical Exceptions

Refunds or corrections may be considered only if:

• Payment is successful but QR access is not delivered
• Duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours at contact@vncodepro.com.
